Curt trailer hitch # C13020 fits the 1996 to 2004 Olds Bravada, 1995 to 2004 Chevy Blazer, and 1995 to 2001 GMC Jimmy. As long as you have one of those models you can use this hitch. The spare tire should not be a problem. Take a look at the video I linked to the right and the picture I have included.
The hitch does come with the hardware needed for installation. But if you plan on doing some towing then I also recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It includes 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
For trailer wiring, you can use # C55411 which is meant as a replacement for a factory harness for a 1996 to 2001 Bravada.
For a 1995 to 1998 Blazer use # 18252.
For a 1999 to 2001 Blazer use # C55411. (replacement for a factory harness)
For a 2002 to 2004 Blazer use # 18252.
For a 1995 to 2001 GMC Jimmy use # C55411. (replacement for a factory harness)
