Will the gas tank be in the way for installation?

The Curt trailer hitch # C13020 will not interfere with the stock gas tank on a 2001 Chevy Blazer. It bolts to the sides of the frame so the gas tank should not be in the way when installing the hitch. I have linked a couple of videos showing typical installations and a link to the instructions for you to view.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. And if you need to add trailer wiring use # 18252.
