Hey Edmond, thanks for reaching out. For the top T-slot on the TracRac TracONE crossbar, the compatible replacement T-bolt is the Thule/TracRac # HD-80122. It has 3/8"-16 threads, measures 1-1/8" long, and the T-head is about 9/16" wide and just over 1/4" thick, so it slides right into that upper accessory channel.
If you are trying to mount your own accessory, I recommend using the # HD-80122 rather than trying to find a generic T-nut that happens to fit. It is made specifically for the TracRac channel and gives you a known-good fit for attaching accessories to the top of the crossbar.
