So if you need a replacement bolt, maybe you lost it or it got damaged or the threads got stripped out, this is a direct replacement from Thule to replace out that missing or damaged bolt. It just has that very specific head there, kind of a rounded off rectangle. And this will slide into that T-slot channel and allow you to attach a lot of other accessories to your TracRac crossbar. Then you'd want to secure those with the self-locking nut.
That is sold separately. You can also find that here at etrailer.com. The part number for that is listed on the product page, and it is listed as a related product, as well, at the bottom of the page. So if you need to get that, you can.As far as the size, it measures about an inch and an eighth long, and it's a three-eighths inch bolt and a 16 thread pattern, which is also the standard thread. It is stainless steel, so it should last you a long time.

Haven't used the bolts yet. Having kayak mounting brackets pre-fabricated to mount them with the T-bolts. Can't see any potential problems with a perfect installation. Machine quality on these bolts ensure loads will stay put.

I needed 16 Trac Rac T bolts for a roof rack conversion project. Tracrac has worked very well for me. I find it very helpful to be able to slide both racks to the front of the bed, by the cab, as I frequently get in and out of the bed of my pick up truck and don’t have to worry about smacking my head. And I can carry stuff that would be too tall to fit underneath stationary racks. Also, I have used it frequently to carry reasonably heavy lumber loads and it has done so without a problem.
We purchased tie down loops for our TracRac ladder rack along with some replacement parts for the rack, which all came quickly and were easy to install. The company’s website and customer service were superb and we have brought our kayaks out many times now, safely secured with our new hooks! I don’t write reviews often but highly recommend using this company and their products!
Although product was a little spendy, my order was confirmed quickly, shipment was quick and on time. Great product and customer service. I would definitely order again.

We are developing a roller rack that can be used for ladders, sups, kayaks, surfboards etc. that allow you to roll on a long item with ease. These bolts are a part of an idea my husband has that will be used in conjunction with the track rack.
i usually order small parts. thing is i can't find them anywhere else; first plus. what i really like about etrailer is their service and service attitude. easy to order from, delivery is fast. well, then again i do like the fact that they have so much i can't get elsewhere. i live in rural Alaska so i really appreciate that. website descriptions of everything is spot on and detailed so i am never confused about what to order.

Got tough to find t-bolts for my Trac-Rack.
Parts are exactly as expected. They arrived a day early.
Only thing preventing a 5-star is that I think the shipping cost more than the bolts. Get kind of spoiled with the other guys free shipping.
Stupidity on my part led to missing two of the Bakrak tie downs. Thankfully etrailer had what I needed and the parts came quickly and just what I needed.
