Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this replacement truck rack T-bolt. This is a stainless steel T-bolt that will replace one T-bolt for your Thule or DEWALT Contractor Aluminum Truck Rack. This is going to be a M10, 1.5 millimeter by 22 millimeter. So just like the original.

You can see our width here. We're about 3/4 of an inch on the head square there. And then that is right about 1/8 of an inch thick. So if you are needing to replace one of the T-bolts for your Contractor Truck Rack, this is gonna be exactly what you need. That completes our look for today.

Excellent quality and customer service. Fits perfect in the Thule Aerobar rack to mount a bracket for ARB awning. These bolts will outlive the vehicle. The only issue, the price. Yep, that price is per each with no washer or nuts. When you recover from the heart attack go to [hardware store]'s stainless bolt bin and get 10mm x 1.5mm pitch nuts.

These worked perfectly on my Malone AeroFlow2 cross rails. I used them on my van to attach ARB brackets for an awning. The system works perfectly and I highly recommend them.

Boat buckles are so much faster, easier, secure than standard tie-downs. Installed them on my trailer in a few minutes, using the included hardware (bolt, washer and nylon-insert lock nut). Easy to install.

Stainless steel tee bolts are pricey but given their high quality I can see why. Using them to slide into T-track accessory rail. These are metric M10 1.5, head is about 3/4 inches square, head depth is 5/32 inches.

Very happy with my etrailer order.

This is exactly what I needed. These bolts fit right in the top or bottom channel of the Thule Xsporter cross bars. They might fit other applications but this is what I used it for. I am using them to bolt an awning to the top of the racks and these will help with that.

The threaded part of the bolt is 10mm by 1.5 thread. The bolt head is 3 fourths of an inch.

T-Bolt Fitting Compatibility with Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack Crossbars
Malone AirFlow roof racks like # MPG215 can use their own T-Slot Fit Kit # MPG8287 for Malone carriers or you can use another T-bolt fastener. I linked a photo showing a cross section of the AirFlow bar and the exact inside dimensions. The closest solution I can come up with for a longer bolt than the Thule Replacement Stainless Steel T-Bolt # 853-5648 is going to be the Yakima Replacement T-Bolt with Nut for Yakima Rack and Roll Trailers # Y8880184. This replacement bolt has the same head size and thread pitch, but is 25mm long as opposed to the # 853-5648 which is 22mm long. Will Thule Ratchet Straps Fit T-Slot on T-Rac Pro Ladder Rack
You are correct that TracRac used to be its own brand until Thule acquired them a number of years ago. If you have a newer T-Rac ladder rack then the Ratchet Straps # TH28500XT will fit the T-Slots on the crossbar just fine. If your ladder rack is a little older then what you can do is measure the T-Slot on your crossbars to see if the hardware will fit. The threaded portion of the T-bolt has a 1.5 mm pitch and 22 mm length. 22 millimeters is just under 7/8 of an inch. M10 x 1.5 Knob to Fit an M10 x 1.5 Bolt
I looked through a lot of knobs and was able to find replacement knob # P1041 which accepts an M10 x 1.5 bolt. I do not know what your application is but I can tell you that the knob is for Swagman Original or XP bike racks from 2009 to present. It has not been tested with the Thule bolt # 853-5648.

The 1.5x22mm is actually a common designation. The 1.5 is 1.5mm and is referring to the pitch. The 22 is 22mm and is the length of the threaded part. The diameter is 3/8 but since it is metric that would equate to 10mm. So you would need a 10mm nut that has a pitch of 1.5mm.
