Hey Tony,
It's possible for the FlexPower 4500ies to run two RV air conditioners in certain setups, but I wouldn't count on it for a typical dual-AC RV without knowing which air conditioners you have.
The 4500ies is rated for 4,500 starting watts and 3,800 running watts, so the important thing is both the normal running load of the two AC units and how much power they require when the compressors start.
For example, newer variable-speed units like the 18,000-BTU Coleman Mach-C Everest # CM55MR are much easier on a generator because they have built-in soft-start technology that ramps the compressor up rather than hitting the generator with a large startup surge. If each AC is drawing around 12.7 amps at 115V, two of them would use roughly 2,921 watts while running, which would leave some room within the generator's 3,800-watt continuous rating.
A more conventional 15,500-BTU unit like the Advent Air # ADV99QR draws 15 amps while running. Two of those would be about 30 amps, or approximately 3,450 watts at 115V. That's technically below the generator's continuous output, but it leaves very little headroom and doesn't account for the additional power needed when the compressors start or for other appliances in the RV.
So I would say the 4500ies can potentially run two efficient or soft-start-equipped AC units, but I wouldn't recommend assuming it can handle any two standard RV air conditioners.
What AC units do you have on your RV? If you can give me the model numbers, I can get a much better idea of whether the 4500ies will handle both.
