Part Number: C38RJ says it fits 2019 Camry except the Hybrid. What is different about a Hybrid?

Nothing at all Charles. The Curt Wiring Harness item # C38RJ fits both the hybrid and standard models of the 2019 Toyota Camry. Our categorizing system is a bit confusing, which is why it says hybrid and excluding hybrid on the product page. Hope this clears that up.

The Curt item # C38RJ is custom fit and plugs directly into your Camry's tail light wiring harness. It requires no cutting but you will have to drill in a small self-tapping screw for the ground. The Curt item # C38RJ will provide you with a 4-way connector capable of controlling the lighting functions on a trailer or accessory.
