Question:

my truck has just the hole in bumper for the ball, and two holes just under the bumper see pic will this fit for this type of factory hitch?

Thanks for the pictures Mike! The Trailer Mate Hitch item # TMT59FR will indeed fit your 2020 Ford F-150 without a factory hitch. The hole in the bumper and the two holes in the brackets will not be used in the installation though. The hitch attaches to the frame.

The Trailer Mate Hitch item # TMT59FR comes with all the necessary hardware to get it installed. The hitch is custom fit so it'll bolt directly to predrilled holes in your F-150's frame.

I attached a picture of our etrailer hitch item # e63TR below. It installs in an identical way to the Trailer Mate Hitch item # TMT59FR. You'll be able to see how it installs around the brackets in your picture.

I plan on using this hitch for pulling my utility trailer (5 by 10), also occasionally pulling our 15 ft Coleman Camper trailer.

@Mike Awesome! The Trailer Mate Hitch item # TMT59FR will definitely work for both your trailers. If you plan on using any kind of anti-rattle device like item # e38FV or item # e99007, I strongly recommend installing our etrailer hitch item # e63TR instead. The Trailer Mate item # TMT59FR doesn't have that collar on the end to attach an anti-rattle collar or clamp.
