What is the hub dimension of the 4.80-8 wheels? Are they 2.5 or 2.75 roughly?

Hey Lawrence, thanks for reaching out. That actually depends what bolt pattern the wheel has. The 8" wheels with a 4-lug pattern generally have the smaller 2.5" pilot hole, while the 8" wheels with a 5 lug pattern are generally the larger 2.8" pilot.

For example, the Kenda 4.80/4.00-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel - 4 on 4 # AM30040 has a 2.5" pilot hole.

The Kenda 4.80/4.00-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 # AM30020 has the 2.8" pilot.

Are you needing some new 4.80/4.00-8 tires and wheels for your trailer? What is our hub bolt pattern?
