It sure does Rob. Our etrailer Electric Jack item # e43KV can indeed be rotated on your trailer's a-frame coupler to give you more clearance for your tailgate. The mounting flange fits the standard A-frame bolt pattern, which allows you to rotate the jack during installation.
Our etrailer Electric Jack item # e43KV includes our new tongue weight scale that is really helpful when loading your trailer. It measures in 50 lbs increments and comes with a convenient carrying case for storage.
Our etrailer Electric Jack item # e43KV has a 3,500 lbs capacity and provides an 18" lift or up to a 22-1/2" when you lower the drop leg. This jack is powered by your trailer's battery or 12v electrical system. We also have the item # e28KV jack, which has the same features but can be powered off of a tow vehicle's 7-way connector.

I was able to mount it in the normal position and my tailgate on my 2022 tahoe cleared whereas the stock jack did not allow my tailgate to clear prior to replace with this model.
