Will The Global Link Locking Baggage Lock Fit A 2022 Entegra Vision 36A XL?

Updated 08/17/2026 | Published 08/10/2026

Question:

Hello etrailer Team, I am looking for replacement locks for the exterior storage compartments on my 2022 Entegra Vision 36A XL. I came across the Global Link Locking Baggage Lock Actuator Set Part GL34FR on your website, and it looks very similar to the ones currently installed on my motorhome. Could you confirm if this is the correct direct replacement for my specific RV? Or will I need to go out to my motorhome and physically measure the existing cutout holes before ordering to know for sure? Thank you for your help, Omer Barzilay

Hey Omer, thanks for reaching out. The Global Link Locking Baggage Lock # GL34FR may work for you, but these locks aren't make and model specific, so there is no way to look up your RV to know exactly which lock you'll need.

The best way to confirm the fit will be to measure the current locks and compare the measurements. The # GL34FR measures 5" wide x 6" tall overall. The mounting holes are spaces 2-3/4" apart vertically and 2-7/8" apart horizontally. Also, the lock is intended for doors between 0.7" and 1.25" thick. Compare these measurements to the current lock and door and as long as they match up you'll be good to go.

Are you going to be replacing all your baggage locks? Or just one?

Hello Omar! I purchased this baggage lock set for my 2023 Riverstone Signature fifth wheel RV as it was the only one that I could find that was exactly like what I had. I found that it fit perfectly! One thing you may want to understand, do not allow your compartment doors to slam shut. it will break the upper part of the shaft that the actuator slides back-and-forth in. Over time after allowing the door to slam shut, it will eventually break again. You may have found this to be true. Perhaps that’s the reason why you’re replacing it.

Hey Omer, We were in a hurry to head out camping to get away for a while and I lost all the keys to our doors and storage bunks to our Heartland Mallard M252. Not the best start to a camping trip!!! I looked everywhere for someone that would send me another set. Even with the VIN #, no luck. Easiest thing for me to do was replace them with these sets. Ordered them while sitting next to a fire with a cold beverage and they were at the house when we got back home. Fit was perfect for all 4 sets with no leaks!!! Easy to install and take about the same time to replace a doorknob in your house.
