You'll want the Kwikee Electric RV Steps replacement motor # LC379147. Lippert has confirmed that 369545 has been replaced with # LC379147.
If you also need the gearbox, the 369545 part number is sometimes used to identify the motor and gearbox assembly together. In that case, you would also need:
Replacement Gear Box and B Linkage # LC379161

I purchased this motor for the Kwikee electric step on my 2006 Fleetwood Bounder. Easy to install. and works like a charm! Great service from etrailer to confirm it was indeed the correct part for my older rig.

I purchased a new step motor because my original (9 years old) had been jammed at one point and no longer had the power to pull the steps up all the way. Removed the old one and installed the new one in less than 30 minutes. new one worked well. I saved the old unit just in case I might need something from the gearbox.

I purchased the motor and the gearbox a couple of years ago for my 2007 LazyDaze 30ft TB model. I had a local RV mechanic shop switch out my failed assembly. It worked out perfectly without any issues.
