Hello I have a 2021 sante fe. Got a hitch but no wiring. Im looing to install ETBC7 to get 4 and 7 way. I would like to know If I need to buy an extra adaptor to connect the 4way at the connections under the rear bumper Tks

I actually have a better way for you to go to get what you are looking for! The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way Trailer Connector # C68JR is a plug and play option for your 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe and will give you the 7-Way. It only takes a few minutes to get it installed, so it's definitely the way to go!
From there, you have a couple options for adapting it to a 4-Flat.The Pollak 7 Pole to 4 Way Connector Adapter # PK12716 is an inexpensive way to do it, but you would need to store it somewhere when not in use. Not the end of the world, but something to take into account. If I needed both a 4-Flat and a 7-Way, I would get the aforementioned Curt plug and play harness and then swap out the 7-Way part for the Pollak 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket w/ Mounting Bracket - Vehicle End # HM40975.
If you look at the two included images, you can see that the back of the Pollak # HM40975 (2nd image) and the end of the Curt # C68JR (1st image) can be plugged together quickly and easily. In my opinion, it's the best option.

Hi Marc, I have the curt piece on my 2023 Santa Cruz, works great! I had to replace the Hyundai one because it was defective and I got the curt and had my tech at Straub Hyundai replace it. Works great! John
