I want to replace baggage door handle 12055-37 on 1999 Southwind Fleetwood F53 motorhome and latch RD26MR. Can you help me with this? Thanks Larry

Hey Larry, yes the RV Designer Door Latch part # RD26MR will work great to replace the 12055-37 latch you have as this is a Fleetwood style latch exactly like what you have so it would be an easy and simple replacement/install. Is your old latch broken?

1 of the pins that hold the handle in place is not doing its job. It appears that it’s to short not keeping the handle in place.

Hi Jameson. I screwed up the RD26MR. The keyed latch won’t lock or unlock. It’s sloppy. Also the keyed latch has #5058937 embedded in the plastic.
