Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Greystone built in stainless steel RV convection microwave. Now this compact in cabinet convection microwave is going to help you save precious counter space without compromising your ability to cook the meals that you could at home. This microwave has a power output of 1,000 watts, and let me go ahead and give you some dimensions right up front so you can be confident this is going to be the one that's gonna work for you. So looking at the overall width from end to end, we're sitting at about 21 inches wide. The overall height of just the microwave itself is about 11 inches tall.
If you add our vent here, add maybe a 1 1/2 to two more inches to that. And then the overall depth, and I'm including the back here, that sticks out a little bit. So the overall depth is gonna be about 15 3/4 inches deep. And then let me give you a closeup view here, and I'm gonna pop the door open and just push this button. The capacity is 1.1 cubic feet.
And the measurements, in case you we inchesre wondering, the internal width is about 14 inches wide. The internal height about 9 1/2 inches tall. And the internal depth about 14 1/8 inches deep. The microwave itself weighs about 40 pounds or so. So this microwave is going to combine the features of a traditional microwave with a convection oven.
The convection cooking has 10 temperature and eight auto cook settings to bake and brown foods. And this includes everything that you see here. You're going to get this baking plate here. And then you're going to get our glass tray. That's obviously, this is a turntable microwave.
So you'll get the ring here with the wheels and the dock there where you're gonna put this tray on so it can spin. So the glass tray is included, so that's going to pop in there, right on that post there real easy, just like your traditional microwave. And then this feels like it's a metal, baking plate here. So that'll just pop into place just like that. And I don't know if you can see it from that angle. It's kind of dark in there as well. I realize that there. But the grill heaters on top the elements there. So everything that you see here is going to be included. And this touch panel here has a child lock to prevent accidental use. And LED display obviously is gonna show you the timer, the clock, and other activated functions. And this really does feature a nice stainless steel finish. It's going to compliment most interiors. Obviously this is, you're not gonna have to worry about corrosion with this or anything like that. It's durable vibration resistant steel construction. So this is designed for your RV. This is designed to withstand the bumping and the jostling that takes place during RV travel. Instructions are also included to guide you through the operation. Superb customer service while replacing our microwave/convection oven in our motorhome. I ordered the new microwave oven while Etrailer walked me thru the process. They sent me an email notice explaining when it would hip and when It would arrive at my home. Everything was great. The packaging was especially great. The packaging was reinforced to prevent any possible damage. The Etrailer crew is truly superior.
Haven't put it in the RV yet but have benched checked it and so far allgood.

I placed order on Wednesday evening, the microwave was delivered the following Tuesday afternoon. Very impressive!!
It works fine and was real easy to install. The door is not square with the rest of the microwave, so it rubs when opening and closing at the bottom.
We bought this model as direct replacement for the one in our camper that quit working. So happy that eTrailer had it in stock and shipped it so quickly. We were worried about receiving it before we changed campgrounds but it arrived in 2 days and as quickly as they said it would. Thank you

Installation was quick and easy. We are replacing the original unit that was in our trailer. The original unit lasted 3 years, but we put many miles on our trailer and use our appliances on our lengthy trips. We were in the middle of a trip and e-trailer sent out the unit quickly, so it didn’t interfere with our travels.
