Hey Richard! Your 2026 Ram 2500 doesn't have a lot of space around the factory hitch so the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar # e55YV you were looking at doesn't have enough room for installation.
What I recommend instead is the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches # RM-062. It isn't quite as convenient, but it will work with that hitch design for your 2-1/2" ball mounts and accessories.

Im towing a travel trailer with a anti sway attachment ie Hitch thats a little heavy. When taking off from a stop it has a bump type feel when driving. I can only assume its the play? Its a new truck and everything is secure as I was towing with a ford excursion and did not experience this due to the hitch fitting tight.
