Looking For Replacement Keys For Older Model Thule Apex XT Bike Rack

Question:
I need replacement keys for what I think is an older model Apex XT. It looks like an Apex but the sticker has gone missing. How can I confirm compatibility before I order?

Hey Sarah, thanks for reaching out. To find the correct replacement keys for your Thule Apex XT rack, we will need to get the key number off the face of the lock core. Thule makes a bunch of different key codes, and that key number is the only way to know exactly which one will open your lock.
For example, if the face of the lock core has N052 on it the correct key would be the # THKEYN052.
Shoot me your key number when you get a chance and I'm happy to look into it and make sure you get the right keys.

Hi Jesse, Sorry it took so long to respond. I was traveling. The number in the key is N216. My aunt gave me the rack - it’s probably 5 or 6 years old and except for the missing lock at the end of one of the arms, it’s in great condition. We only have the one key, too, so replacing the upper lock and getting extra keys would be nice. Thanks for your help. Sarah
