Which Trailer Wiring Kit Fits 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle

Updated 07/22/2026 | Published 07/14/2026

Question:

Will the Curt C47VV plug in wire harness work with a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle, or is it for the gas only models? One of the reviews mentions using it with a hybrid and the wires being difficult to fish. I am confident in my ability to depin and repin most connectors, and I have had problems with the splices in the generic kit on 2 other cars and would prefer to avoid them.

Hey Andrew, we have had customers with hybrid versions of your 2023 Chrysler Pacifica come back and let us know that this trailer wiring harness # C47VV is a fit and worked great. I also checked with Curt and they have this listed as fitting all models of the 2023 Pacifica so it for sure would work for you. Are you doing some towing? Do you have a hitch already?

I installed the frame hitch along with this wiring kit on my wife's 2024 Pacifica Limited, gas only model. I have a couple of points I think might be helpful. The installation process that comes with the hitch is great. Without it the process would no doubt take much longer. As for the electrical kit with the built-in plugs, there are also big time savors. It is important to know that behind the tail light housing the area is very tight which makes it difficult to line up and seat the tail light housing after the plugs are installed. I recommend using a bit of pure silicone grease ($5 from Ace) for any components that get pressed together during reassembly (the gasket that seats the lamp housing for sure). I found that the tail lights creaked from time to time. For example, when backing out of our driveway to the street where there is a transition from a sloped driveway to a flat, level road. I removed the tail lights several times to reposition the wiring to fix the rubbing/creaking noise and I think the silicone grease would have helped tremendously.
