Will The Curt T-Connector C56378 Work On A 2015 Honda Odyssey With Backup Sensors?

Hello, I am close to purchasing a 2015 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite and want to install a Curt hitch and Curt wiring harness. The video I watched on your website said the Curt wiring harness wont work with the van because it has backup sensors. I didnt see another kit on your website. Help please.Thanks

Hey Robert, thanks for reaching out. The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56378 will work on the 2015 Honda Odyssey with backup sensors. That video you saw is an older video and at the time it was made, the harness did not have compatibility with the backup sensor. Curt has since added an additional connection to the harness that allows it to work with the backup camera/sensor. So you will be just fine to use it on your Odyssey. So get that harness, plus the Curt # C13068 hitch and you'll be good to go.

What kind of trailer are you planning on hauling?

Thank you Jesse and etrailer. You guys are the best. If I tow anything it would be a small utility trailer. My Sequoia could tow anything, but sadly I no longer have it. Thanks for clearing up the video information. It helps a lot. Happy 4th of July. USA all the way...

Hello, I installed that wiring harness on my Odyssey wich also has a backup camera/sensors a year ago. It was just plugg and go and works great, zero issues so far!

I have an Odyssey 2015 EXL without any issues with my reverse camera. It’s a plug and play device.

I have purchased and installed both the hitch and the wiring harness, as well as some others from e-trailer and all have been relatively easy and have worked well. One was on a2015 Odyssey and it works great
