Question:
I went to install my hitch on my 2014 Honda Odyssey and broke off a weldnut on the passenger side. Any recommendations on how to move forward? Maybe use another square hole spacer and carriage nut on that side?

A broken weldnut installing Curt Trailer Hitch # C13068 is problematic but there is a solution to this so you can finish up the install on your 2014 Honda Odyssey.
Like you said you will use another spacer and carriage bolt which you will need to fishwire through the frame with Wire Bolt Leader - 1/2" # C58400.
We made a video outlining what you can do as well, which I linked for you below and highly recommend checking out.
