Trevor, the correct Curt hitch for your 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C77MJ. It's a custom-fit Class III hitch with a 2-inch receiver, and it's designed specifically for all models of the 2025 RAV4, including the Hybrid.
One thing I like about this hitch is that it bolts directly to the factory mounting points, so there isn't any drilling required. During installation, you'll likely need to temporarily lower the rear section of the exhaust to create enough room to position the hitch, but once it's bolted in place, the exhaust is simply reinstalled.
If your RAV4 is equipped with the hands-free liftgate, the feature may still work after installation, but you'll typically need to kick to either side of the receiver instead of directly underneath it. Depending on the vehicle, the hitch may reduce or even block the sensor's operation, so I like to set that expectation up front.
Curt is a well-respected brand, and this is the hitch I would recommend for your RAV4 Hybrid. What are you planning to use it for, e-bikes, a cargo carrier, or towing a small trailer? Do you already have wiring?

The Curt trailer hitch recommend by Heather works great on my 2025 RAV 4 Hybrid. I have a Thule 2 bike rack and there is plenty of clearance between it and the car when installed. The liftgate can be opened when the bike rack is tilted. The hands free liftgate works as Heather described. I hired a local installer to attach the unit and it was accomplished vey quickly ~ 20 mins, $175. Installation does require a torque and a special very narrow head to tighten the bolts on one side which I do not own (and it is too hot to be working under a car outside right now). I am be satisfied with the purchase and I recommend this 2” unit.

Very easy to install. The 12v battery on the hybrid is in the rear so running wire is minimal. I pull a utility trailer and pop up camper, works great.
