Hey William, congrats on your new bike rack. To use the 1-1/4" Yakima StageTwo Bike Rack with a 2" hitch, I recommend the Trailer Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" item # e63YR. This reducer sleeve will insert directly into your 2" receiver and allows you to use 1-1/4" accessories in 2" hitches without reducing the hitch's capacity. You will need to use the Replacement Hitch Bolt item # Y8890200 and the Yakima HitchLock item # Y07235 since you're going to be using a wider 2" receiver than the included pin is designed for.
You can also use the Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter item # e58YR. It does not require modification of the hitch pin. Please note that using this adapter will reduce your hitch's capacity by 50%.
What kind of bikes do you have and what vehicle/s are you planning on using with your new bike rack?

Mostly road bikes and a 50 pound E-bike. I’m using the rack on a 2015 Chevy Colorado. I’ve purchased the first 3 items you mentioned. Thank you
