What Are The Dimensions Of The Top Of The Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack JET-3755

Question:
I have limited space with my truck gate and the jack, I know I can rotate the jack on the trailer, but I need to know the length/width dimensions of the top of the jack?

Hey Bud, thanks for reaching out. I took a walk out to our warehouse and measured the top of the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack # JET-3755 for you. The head of the jack is approximately 7" deep x 7-1/4" tall x 4-1/4" wide. The height including the cylinder portion is 12". I edited a picture to help illustrate. Hope this helps!

I installed this jack on my Lance 2445. It was an easy install, replacing the Lippert Smart Jack. Works great and the level on the top & lights are a nice touch. I have noticed that if you raise the jack past the max line (i.e. don’t notice how high it has gone), it will blow the inline fuse. So when raising the jack, watch as the foot approaches the top, and keep extra fuses on hand.

I agree with the dimensions state above. I have had my unit for a few years and it has worked excellently. My TV is a van so I can't help you with the tailgate issue. I will say that having an electric unit is far superior than have to raise and lower the trailer manually. We completed a 55 day trip with 23 stops and had no issue at all.

Most of the power jacks you will run into the truck gate so my solution was to add extension on the hitch and my gate opens easily but it’s worth having the power jack. It works great will buy another later!!
