The product came without any bolts how am I supposed to attach it to the car? I’m on my own to find bolts. I’ve sent an email and try to make a phone call. No response to either.

Very simple to install on our 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid, I was able to do it in an hour by myself. In addition to removing the rear panel recommended by the instructions, I also un-hung the exhaust (just removed the two rear rubber hangers), and removed the panel closest to the rear passenger wheel (just two body clips), both to get better access to the bolts on the passenger side. I re-hung and put the wheel panel back on after I was done. I found it easiest to start the bolts on the exhaust side first because you have to do a small amount of maneuvering to get the hitch around the exhaust, which is why I ended up un-hanging it temporarily.
