I'd go with Curt Towing Starter Kit # C45534 to pair with # C98JR. You get the ball and shank, standard hitch pin and clip, a locking hitch pin and 2 keys, as well as a hitch receiver when you're not using the hitch.
None of the manufacturer we carry have a confirmed wiring option for the 2021 SQ5. Audi vehicles use advanced lighting systems, the best option is to check with an Audi dealership for an OEM towing wiring kit designed specifically for the vehicle.
