Yes, the Solera Power RV Awnings replacement head cover # LC37FR does come with the rubber plug for the manual override hole. This is the front cover for the Regal style drive head used on Solera power awnings, including the 3000 Series.

I did order the replacement cover LC37FR and there was no rubber plug included. Please advise Thanks Gary Balich
