Hey Tom! The factory end links on your 2021 Ford E-450 are perfectly fine to reuse with the Hellwig # HE26GR. The kit includes upgraded polyurethane bushings and new hardware, so the only thing you aren't replacing is the end links themselves.
On the E-450 chassis, the sway bar is where you see the biggest improvement in handling and stability. The OEM end links from Ford are already pretty heavy-duty, so there isn't a huge advantage to replacing them unless the originals are worn out.
What kind of Class C do you have?

I have a 30 foot Thor Chateau on a 2021 Ford E450 Super Duty Thanks for the reply , I will keep the Ford oem end links on the Hellwig anti sway bar . The end links are a very easy part to change if need be later
