Hey Greg! I would be happy to put that together for you. For a complete setup you will need the base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, wiring, and a supplemental brake system. I recommend the following:
-Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BLU23XR
-Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar # BLU28QV (includes safety cables)
-Blue Ox Universal Tow Bar Cover # BLU53QV (optional)
-Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights # RO44FR
-Blue Ox Patriot Portable Flat Tow Brake System # BLU37TR
The base plate kit is designed for the steel bumper like the one you have on your Heritage Edition. For the wiring, Roadmaster is the most reliable option so I would go that route over anything else available.
The Patriot is a portable brake system and sticks with Blue Ox parts. If you would rather have a permanent system you don't have to set up each time, the Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo # DM86VR (hydraulic brakes) or Air Force One # DM26VR (air brakes) are the best options.
More than likely you will also need a high-low adapter like # e52ZV to keep your setup level. The bracket height of this base plate is 28" so if you subtract the distance from the ground to the center of the receiver on your motorhome you will find the rise/drop you need for the adapter. I went with KENWAY Magnetic LED Wireless Towing Light Kit. From Harbor frieght, attached the lights 45 degree rear section of roll bar? no toyching bronco led lights

Greg- I totally agree with Robin's sound advice and comments. I've installed BlueOx base plates twice before installing on our 2023 OuterBanks Bronco with the steel bumper and LED tailights. The Bronco was easiest. BlueOx makes a great tow system. We have a 2022 Dutch Star so use Air Force One. The Roadmaster Diode tailight kit is the best. My advice is to take your time with the install and reach out for help when needed.
