Hey Curtis, thanks for reaching out. Yes, they will! As long as your Ram 3500 has a factory rear trailer hitch, the TorkLift Tie Downs # TL75FV will fit and work great. This includes both the front and rear tie downs so you'll just need to pick up some turnbuckles and you'll be good to go.

DHey Curtis, I use these for my 2020 ram 3500. I did not have running boards. Mine isn’t a dually. However, the bolt patterns and everything lined up really really nice. I have a 1994 Lance cab over camper that weighs 2500 pounds. No issues whatsoever. After I installed, these, I put in my running boards
