Hey Carl, welcome back! You've done a great job of identifying the Lance 6-pin wiring functions and matching them up to the etrailer Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit w/ Junction Box item # e99011. You don't need to worry about the blue wire for the trailer brakes so you can leave it open. You'll need to connect your Yellow Wire: 16 Gauge, Back-up Lights to the yellow wire on the junction box/7-way cable.
Did you just get your Lance camper? We get these questions frequently and it still amazes me Lance has stuck with their 6-pin connector.
You can add this information, along with any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.

Thanks for the information. ?? As stated, it’s a 2015 Lance, so I don’t know if the new ones are standardized. I’ll order the item for a new hookup. ??

Harness works well, just make sure you know how your vehicle is wired as the box may look color coded but its not plug and play
