Question:
Hello, I just recently bought a used Pace American 24foot enclosed trailer. One of the hubs is making some scraping noise as if the bearing either needs grease or completely replaced. Im debating replacing the whole hub assembly. though my main question is, based on the info tag Ive uploaded. Could someone possibly provide some guidance to me on what type of hub and or bearings I need to purchase that will fit my trailer? The lug pattern is 6 on 5 1/2. Thanks!

Hey Jared, thanks for the picture! I would definitely replace the bearings and not just add grease. Replacing the entire hub with bearings takes care of everything so you don't have to worry about it.
Since you have 5,200 lb axles you can use the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5.2K & 6K Axles # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K as a replacement. These have a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern and come pre-greased with bearings. These are also compatible with the etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes # AKEBRK-7-SA you were looking at.
What are you hauling with your Pace American?

I bought the above hun & drum assembly-installation couldn’t be easier. When you take yours apart, make sure the stub axle isn’t scored before reassembly.

Hey Robin, thank you for that info! I'll mainly be hauling my 03 Mustang GT, with some other odds and ends in it as well. Such as tool boxes, spare tires etc.
