Which Hitch is Better for a 2024 Volvo XC90 Recharge? Oris or the Stealth Hitch?

Hey team, Im looking for a hitch receiver for a 2024 Volvo XC90 Recharge thats compatible with the Saris SuperClamp EX 4-Bike rack. Will both the Stealth and the Oris hitches work with this combo? Is the bumper trimming required for the Oris difficult enough to justify the extra $200 for Stealth or is it no big deal? Thanks so much for your help!

Hey Stads. For your 2024 Volvo XC90 Recharge, I recommend the Oris Trailer Hitch item # TS76VR. It's going to have similar installation requirements as far as trimming goes as the Stealth Hitches item # SH27FR. The removable 2" receiver can also be used for towing whereas the Stealth Hitches item # SH27FR requires a separate ball mount. Plus you can't beat the price savings with the Oris item # TS76VR.
The Oris Trailer Hitch item # TS76VR is going to work great with your Saris SuperClamp EX 4-Bike rack. It has a 350 lbs tongue weight capacity and extends far enough past the rear bumper to not have to worry about clearance with the bike rack down or folded.

Great info -- thanks, Jerred. We have an assortment of road, mountain, and kids' bikes. No ebikes at this point, but I think the Saris rack can handle 2 of them so maybe some day! I don't expect to do any towing. 2 follow-up questions: - I can't find an installation manual online for the Oris. Any chance you can point me to it so I know what I'm in for? I'll watch the posted videos, too. - I believe I've read somewhere that the Stealth kit comes with tools to remove the fascia clips and extra clips to replace any that break during removal. Does the Oris include similar and/or should I order some in advance in case any break? I don't want to get stuck halfway through the install with missing parts! Thanks!
