How to Attach the LockRack Series-X Watersport Carrier to Crossbars w/out a Accessory Channel

I like the saddle-style kayak rack LR88FR, but my crossbars require clamp mounts like the LR54FR. The arms look like they would fit either. Will the LR88FR arms fit the LR54FR mounts and is there a way to get that combo without buying two full rack kits?

Hey David, I've got a simple solution for you! The Watersport Carrier Universal Crossbar Adapters item # LR53FR are all you'll need to attach the LockRack Series-X Universal Watersport Carrier item # LR88FR to your crossbars.

The Adapters item # LR53FR are specifically designed to bolt to the bottom of the Series-X Universal Watersport Carrier item # LR88FR. This is so you can clamp them around crossbars without an accessory channel.
