Hello, neighbor. Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Lockrack replacement short arm with rail protector for your water sport carriers. Now folks, this replaces the short arm with the rail protector, this rubber guy here, with your Lockrack water sport carrier. Now, it does have ratchet arms that this slides into to hold the gear securely at four touch points. It eliminates the need for side straps, and the whole unit protects your gear from scuffs and scratches during transport.

Now, the rail protector provides a cushion for the board against the arm mold itself, and the removable arm allows watercraft to be easily loaded from the side of the vehicle. Now you simply set the bar on the base, then slide the outer arms into the carrier base, that carrier base is sold separately, and then you ratchet them against the hole. So folks, again, just a simple replacement part. This is direct part from Lockrack. You'd be sure it works with the item numbers that I posted on the screen for you.

It is made of lightweight aluminum. It's gonna be corrosion resistant. And again, everything is rubber coated for nice protection and cushioning of your carriers. Well, folks, that's gonna wrap it up. Just a quick look today, the replacement short arm by Lockrack.
