Does Wesbar offer waterproof clearance/Side Marker Lights with a Black Base in Red like the WOO3238 that is amber?

Wesbar does not, but Optronics makes one that is virtually identical to the # W003238 that you referenced except in red.

Check out the part # MC95RB. I attached a review video for this light also.
