Do you have a T plug that will fit a 2023 f150 xlt to add a 7 pin trailer plug that is all plug and play without cutting wires. My truck only has the flat 4 pin and I was wanting to add the 7 pin

No, we do not James and there isn't going to be a plug in one if you don't have the tow package. If your 2023 Ford F-150 XLT doesn't have the factory tow package that came with the 7-way there's no USCAR connector, pictured below, to plug a custom fit connector to.
To add a 7-Way connector to your 2023 Ford F-150 XLT, you'll need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller item # ETBC7. The kit includes a pre-wired 7- and 4-way trailer connector that mounts easily at the rear of your F-150 with an included bracket. This kit is designed for use on a vehicle with an existing 4-way trailer connector, like yours, and plugs directly into it.
You'll then run the blue wire up to your brake controller, the black wire to your battery, and then find a suitable ground for the white wire. I attached a wiring diagram below so you can see how to get the item # ETBC7 installed. It comes with all necessary wiring and circuit breakers needed to complete the installation.
