Today, we're going to take a look at the aluminum H-channel for your enclosed trailers. Now, this H frame channel can be used to build cabinets and doors on your enclosed trailer. I want to just show you the design of it, when we call it an H-channel, what we're talking about. If you look at the end section, you can see the H design to it. A few dimensions on this, the length of this piece is 93 and a half inches long. The heighth 00:00:22 of it, the tallest point is going to be right at two inches tall, and the depth of it is going to be right at one and one-eighths inches deep.
This part is an aluminum construction. It's very sturdy and rustproof. It's very easy to customize and install. It attaches with mounting screws and the mounting screws are not included. This can be cut to fit your specific application and this part is made in the USA, but that should do it for the review on the aluminum H-channel for your enclosed trailer..
Used it to create a cargo door in my travel trailer. Worked very well to adhere weather strip to create a water tight seal. Easy to cut with a carbide tooth blade as well

Order arrived damaged on the ends for the end of the tube was not sealed. Was able to straighten for the most part so not to lose any of the length.
Matches my 1982 Wells Cargo trailer doors trim and a perfect fit. Only it doesn't have the small track for the seal to slide in as the original did. But, overall an excellent product and exact -match finish!

Just what I needed to finish building a new door for my truck camper. Shipping was prompt. The extrusion arrived in perfect shape, but that was probably because it was way over packed. Took me about 1/2 an hour just to open (LOL).
