Hey Keith! Yes, the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension # CSS-1168R will fit your 2022 Ford Expedition XLT 2WD. These will give you extra support to help keep you level when you're towing or hauling heavy loads.
What are you towing/hauling with the Expedition?

These work great depending on how much support you need. I used them on my 2005 Toyota Highlander. That vehicle had a soft rear end suspension, and I had a new trailer that was tongue-heavy, so the Sumosprings definitely helped. With my new truck and camper, I need more support, so I'm going with air bags. The Sumosprings were easy to install and the only oddity that I noted was that when going over some bumps I would hear a thunk coming from the springs. But for four years they provided just the right amount of support.

They will work great. Help Reduce squat with tongue weight on the hitch. Replace the rear shocks with Bilstein 5100s for even better rear perf when and when not towing.
