Can Demco LED Tow Light Bar for Towed Vehicles Charge Towed Vehicle Battery When Used

Question:

I’m a little confused about the outgoing electrical pins on the transmitter that plugs into the motorhome’s 7-pin. I want to use the 12V pin in the 7-pin to keep my toad’s battery charged while on the road. What is a good way to do this with that transmitter in place?

Hey Ed, the trailer wiring portion of the Demco LED Tow Light Bar for Towed Vehicles w/ Wireless Transmitter # DM36MV that you referenced can allow the 12 volt charge circuit to pass through. It would plug into a 7-way but the output side is a 6-way round which is a style of connector that has enough pins for a 12 volt charge circuit. What are you flat towing?
