Custer Wireless LED Tow Bar Light Will Not Power On When Switch Is Activated

Question:
I have a magnetic Tow Light and have used it for about six times and bought it about three years ago..It has a green charge light but will not power up when the on switch is activated.

Hey Luther, sorry to hear about the problem you are having with your magnetic tow light. If you are sure it is fully charged and it will not power on, it could be due to a bad switch, or something else has failed internally. Sadly there are really no troubleshooting steps or replaceable parts for this so if yours will not power on it will be time for a new one.
