What Pitch Arms do I Need for My Lippert 3000 with 69" Long Arms, and Pitch Arm Measuring 31 3/4"

Question:
I am in need of two pitch arm assemblies black for a Lippert 3000 power awning. Lippert sent us the wrong part 675363. We need one that is 31 3/4 long with a pitch point at 18 1/4 inches. Please advise.

Thank you for reaching out, and I am sorry to hear Lippert sent the wrong part.
Based on the measurements you provided, there is not an exact 31 3/4" pitch arm available. The correct replacement for your Solera 3000 power awning is the Replacement Pitch Arm for Solera Flat RV Awnings with 69" Support Arms in black # LC375994, which measures 31 1/2" with the correct pitch point location.
This is the correct one for the Lippert 3000 with 69" long arms.

This awning arm keep breaking at the pitch point, is there a better way to support this awning at the pitch point that doesn’t involve using the original factory part
