I have a 2023 ford f-150 truck came with a four prong was looking to get a 7 prong for boat trailer and wasn’t sure what harness to get

Hey Eric, what you need is a 4-way to 7-way adapter like the part # 37185 which your 4-way would plug into and give you a 7-way that has all of the taillight functions covered. Now if you have a trailer with brakes you would need to go a different route. You'd need to use the # ETBC7 instead and also a brake controller like the Redarc Tow Pro Liberty # RED52VR. Does your trailer have brakes?
