Does this come with the wiring setup? Looking to install on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L 2 row, non-hybrid, mostly to tow my mountain bikes, but would also like the ability to move other trailers.

The Blue Ox Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # BLU46HR is just the hitch, but we definitely have wiring for your 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. For that, you will want the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C27BR.

This is a plug and play 4-flat wiring harness, though one wire does need to go up to your battery for needed power. You could also grab something like the # C42CR to mount it (the hitch has another bracket that will attach to the cross-tube on said hitch). I think most people will just leave it hanging on the hitch though as the panel that covers the hitch will keep it nice and protected (see included image).

What kind of trailer do you think you will be towing? Do you know if it has electric brakes?
