Question:
What is the difference between this kit and the RM-9160 kit? The only thing I can find is the pressure regulator.. Is there anything else, your site tells me it will not work with my 2011 Tacoma, if I already have a pressure regulator then I should be good to go ordering this kit correct? Or are you getting something else with this kit? Thanks for your help.

Hey Jim, welcome back! The only difference between the Roadmaster BrakeMaster w/ Pressure Reducer item # RM-9160-900002 and item # RM-9160 is the pressure reducer. Which you'll need to have for a 2011 Toyota Tacoma's braking system due to the active brakes.
If you already have the Brake Pressure Reducer item # RM-900002 you'll just need the Roadmaster BrakeMaster for RVs w/ Air or Air-Over-Hydraulic Brakes item # RM-9160.
Please note you will also need the RoadMaster BrakeMaster Custom Seat Adapter item # RM-88232 and the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles item # RM-88400.
It looks like you've already purchased a baseplate and high/low adapter. Are there any other flat towing parts you're needing?
