are these pins any longer than the ones that came with my reese. mine are just a hair short and its always a struggle to get them clipped

I went to our warehouse and measured one of the part # C16902 pins for you. I have attached a photo that has the dimension you were asking about. As the photo denotes, the useable length on the pin is 3.56 inches. You might want to measure the pin you are currently using and if you find the # C16902 is a good replacement for you. These pins also measure 1/2 inch diameter.
