What weight distribution hitch would you recommend for towing a Grand Design 17MKE with a 2025 Lexus GX550 Overtrail?

Hey Tom! To find the right weight distribution setup you need to know your loaded tongue weight. I can take a broad guess, but I don't even know the year of your Grand Design Imagine 17MKE. It looks like the dry tongue weight is somewhere between 480-525 lbs. Newer models have a GVWR of 6,395 lbs.
Fully loaded you're probably going to be in the 700-800 lb range. Based on that, the Weigh Safe True Tow Weight Distribution Hitch # WS79VR would be a great option. I really like this WDH since you can easily adjust it so it's set perfectly every time you tow. The built-in scale allows you to get everything just right whether you're headed out fully loaded or coming back a little lighter.
