Hi Stacy; 18.5 x 8.5 - 8 is an older tire size so the modern equivalent is 215/60-8. Load Range D (8 ply) is going to be the highest so you can use the # AM3H323 with a white wheel or # AM3H325 which is galvanized. Both have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern.
What kind of trailer do you have?

I ordered these wheel/ tire assemblies for a trailer that my son bought off of FB Market place, it was older and we weren’t sure which direction to go then a friend suggested etrailer and it turned out to be a right decision, they fit perfectly and are still going strong!
