Hi For the Americana 8x7 wheel. What is the minimum tire width I can put on.its actually for my lawn mower.can I use 18x7-8 tire

Hey Mark,

The tire width you can use with the 8" x 7" Americana Trailer Wheel # AM20021 is an 8.9" wide tire. You can use the Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire - 215/60-8 - Load Range C (935 lb capacity) # AM1HP26 or Load Range D (1,165 lb capacity) # AM1HP28.

You mean that's the maximum? I'm using this on my lawn mower tractor which calls for an 8.50 wide tire.

@Mark Apologies, that's correct; an 8-1/2" wide tire is absolutely fine with this wheel.

@KyleS Okay.my question that I wanted to know is this.what is the minimum tire width I can use.so,I'm looking to do a 7 inch or 7.50.thos is where I'm going with it.so do you know the minimum width for the 8x7 Americana rim? Thank you kyle

@Mark There isn't a minimum tire width I can offer, I'm sorry to say. There isn't a reliable list I can refer to or anything similar which has specific compatibility of wheel size with tire sizes. I searched for a while to try and find anything, and the best I could come up with was an approximation of 7-5/8 inches.
