Will Curt A25 Head Fit Curt E16 Base

Question:
I currently have a CURT 16684 E16 5th Wheel Slider Hitch, 16,000 lbs. can I just switch the head to a CURT 16580 A25 5th Wheel Hitch Head Only?

Hey Mike! The Curt heads are interchangeable so you will be able to swap out the E16 head with the Replacement Head Unit for Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16580.
