this unit fit right back in place of the old one, with the exception that there was a head scratcher til I figured out the difference in the wiring, but overall a great unit

My water heater arrived with the box poorly taped and one corner damaged.the front of the water heater sheet metal was bent but not to difficult to straighten (light gage metal).I then installed,wired and plumed worked just great.
We received the water heater a full day ahead of schedule! We have not had the opportunity to install yet but have had previous experience with items from etrailer and are confident that this product will work perfectly. 3 time dealing with e trailer needed a hot water heater fast , camping world was close,but e trailer assured me I could get it the next day ,and they did! And the best part was it was hundreds , yes I said hundreds of dollars cheaper for the exact same item ! Nice work from natille very polite and helpful.great dealing with them all 3 times. I’d be crazy to shop any where else for my rv.
Direct replacement for my Atwood 10 gal.
Arrived ahead of shipping schedule and was fairly easy to install (slightly complicated by my by-pass valve and no access from the rear of the unit in my RV).
Couldn't be happier with the e-trailer transaction. Nice to have a fully functioning water heater again.
